Do you enjoy working from home and are you looking for something remote?
We are currently recruiting for a full time remote customer service advisor. The hours are between 08.00 - 6.30 Monday to Friday. 2/4 Saturdays working 08.00 - 14.30.
Key responsibilities include:
- Taking inbound calls from customers assisting with their queries.
- Diagnosing issues and finding solutions.
- Progressing orders in order to deliver the best experience for the customers.
- Ensuring our customers receive excellent customer service.
- Updating in house systems with customers information accurately.
