Westdale Care Home provides a friendly, comfortable and peaceful environment for residents, where individual choice and independence is encouraged and respected. Our residents are low care but need support to continue leading a safe and fulfilling life. We are looking for people with excellent teamwork and communication skills to join our caring and committed staff team. If you are kind, cheerful, flexible, and enjoy delivering care to the highest possible standard we should love to hear from you. This role is for a ‘waking night Care Assistant’ and the hours are from 9pm to 8am two, three or four nights a week (updated for part time or full time) including some weekends and holiday cover.

We pay £11.58 weekdays and £12.48 Saturdays and Sundays.

There are also sleep-in shifts available paid at set rates, £61.58 weeknights and £72.48 Sat & Sun (hourly rate paid if woken).

Experience in the care home sector is essential with a minimum of Level 2 NVQ/Diploma in adult social care.

We are a not-for-profit organisation with a CQC rating of outstanding for care and have family feel service where staff are as cared for as the residents.
