Are you looking for a flexible role with an immediate start? We are seeking dedicated and reliable individuals to join our day warehouse team on a permenant term time contract.

Working hours are term time only, working 5 shifts per week 06:30 - 16:30 on a rota basis.

You will be working on a permanent basis and in return will receive a FTE salary of £26,749.20 per annum. Please note that the pay for this position will be pro rata, reflecting the term-time only nature of the role

A strong work ethic and reliability will be required to be successful in this role.

What you will be doing:

Picking and packing customer orders
Ensuring accurate movement of produce around the warehouse.
General duties as required as a warehouse operative
Ensuring the workspace is clean and tidy

What skills and experience you will need:

You will be physically fit as this position is a manual role
You will be motivated and trustworthy with a positive attitude to work
You will be a good communicator and work well as part of a team
Having previous experience in a warehouse picking environment is an advantage

Watts Farms is a third-generation family-run farming business, established in 1952. Growers, Packers and Distributors of fresh produce supplying the hospitability industry across Kent, London and surrounding areas. We have recently diversified into direct Home Deliveries offering freshly picked fruit and vegetables from our own farms as well as a full range of grocery, dairy, alcohol and pantry goods. We pride ourselves on quality!
