Workshop Administrator/Receptionist (Automotive)
Location: Lancaster
Salary: £24,600
Shift: Monday - Friday days (Plus alt saturday mornings)
Contract: Permanent

Do you have experience working as a Receptionist or Administrator in the Automotive sector?

Fed up with being undervalued at your current employer?

Interested in working in partnership with an award winning commercial vehicle dealership?

As a Workshop Receptionist your role will consist of:

Dealing with customer queries and updating on further work that may need carrying out to vehicles
Obtaining details from customers in relation to requirements for servicing and repairs work
General admin duties
Front of house on the service reception desk to greet customers
Updating customers on progress of vehicles
Managing customer records on the system
