SALARY

Basic salary of £19,760
Uncapped Bonus scheme
Average earners make £300- £500 per month increasing your salary to £25,000
Top earners make £600- £800 per month increasing your salary to £29,000+

The Role as a Call Handler Agent will include

As a Call Handler Agent, you will be calling existing customers to discuss renewals or upgrade their contract with the client
Providing general customer support
As a Call Handler Agent, you will be speaking to customers about their current packages and trying to upsell and secure their contract renewal

Experience in retail, sales or customer service
have the ability to handle rejection and remain resilient throughout the day
You must be able to deliver a top-quality customer service and ensure the best outcome for the customer
The ability to hold conversation will people of all ages and backgrounds and can easily build rapport with customers
