SALARY

Basic salary of £22,600
Average Bonus monthly
Average earners make £200- £300 per month increasing your salary to £27,000

The Role as a Call Centre Agent will include

As a Call Centre Agent, you will be receiving calls from existing customer
Providing general customer support
As a Call Centre Agent, you will be speaking to customers about their current packages and any issues they are facing

Experience in retail, sales or customer service
have the ability to handle rejection and remain resilient throughout the day
You must be able to deliver a top-quality customer service and ensure the best outcome for the customer
The ability to hold conversation will people of all ages and backgrounds and can easily build rapport with customers
