Position Overview & Specifications
To support the transformation of our HR service and development of our HR/People Hub by providing specialist advice to managers on employee relations matters including under performance, sickness absence, disciplinary and grievance cases.
To work within Trust policy, values, employment legislation and best practice, to ensure that appropriate solutions are applied to support the achievement of Trust objectives.
To create and deliver HR skills training programmes for line managers including facilitating and evaluating sessions.
To support the HR Officers with more complex matters, where appropriate.
