Located a stone's throw from Winchester Cathedral, we offer seriously tasty sourdough pizza, local craft beer, cocktails, milkshakes and a fantastic Mini Three Joes menu for under 8s. We make our sourdough from scratch everyday using the finest Caputo flour and all our pizzas are cooked in wood-fired ovens.
We are looking for a fired up junior sous chef to join our team. If you enjoy working in a busy, vibrant environment were we prioritise fresh homemade sourdough pizza get in touch today.
We want to create a great team of people who can work hard and take pride in what they do. As a senior kitchen member you will be responsible for supporting the Head Chef and also running your own shifts in a professional and organised way.
Other duties will include managing stock via ordering, weekly counts and training of other chefs on specs, while all the time leading from the front in the main kitchen by serving some great pizzas!
