Responsibilities:

Hands on involvement in equipment installation, modification and fault finding.
Involvement in problem solving for mechanical, electrical and electronic issues.
Ownership of start to finish projects with varying levels of technical complexity.
Work autonomously to generate, report on and deliver project plans for all own engineering activities.
Offer opinions to new product introductions on engineering topics to define activity required to achieve best results.
Interact with clients and suppliers directly, forging strong business relationships
Ensure cGMP (current Good Manufacturing Practice) is applied in all activities undertaken to ensure regulatory compliance.
Ownership of the generation and upkeep of engineering standard operation procedures (SOP’s).
Ensure best practice approaches are always sought to future proof where possible any applied projects

Qualifications/Experience:

Pursuing a Bachelor's degree
0+ years of experience preferred
Strong project management skills.
Able to demonstrate ability to multi task and prioritise within a changing environment.
Positive and optimistic in approach to work.
Maturity and pragmatism with strong organisational abilities.
Dynamic, self-motivated, pro-active approach to taking on challenging assignments.
Strong project ownership ethic with a “can do” attitude.
Ability to work within and deliver critical timelines.
Good communication skills and the self-confidence to use these skills to convince others to buy-into proposals and plans.
