Position Overview & Specifications

We're currently recruiting a Restaurant Manager for five shifts per week at our Belgravia based restaurant; A' Table, as part of The Fine Cheese Co.ltd. offering.

Reporting to the Director, the Restaurant Manager will be responsible for the following aspects of the business:

Staff management and training
Restaurant and bar management
Occasional corporate events
Lunch and dinner service
Customer Excellence

The Restaurant Manager needs to have demonstrable exposure to both bar and restaurant operations. This is a small venue and will require a Restaurant Manager who is hands-on, a strong team leader and someone to be the face of the business.

Leading a team of up to 6 staff, working closely with the Kitchen, this is a great role for a hospitality professional looking for a good environment with the chance to join a newly launched restaurant. We offer fantastically well thought out food, exquisite wines, and cheese in a classy and relaxed surrounding.

What we need from you

Currently working at Restaurant Management level- Essential
Wine experience, and a genuine interest to learn- Essential
A hands on approach with a can do attitude and genuine enthusiasm for hospitality, and the industry
Posses great front of house presence, be an accepted leader and naturally inspire your team
Have a good understanding of business operations
Love great quality food, drinks, and good service!

We pay a 15% service charge and tips on top of salary.

All candidates must have the right to work in the UK as sponsorship is not an option.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Up to £40,000.00 per year
