Position Overview & Specifications

Satyrio is looking for an experienced, organized restaurant manager to join the team. Energy and a solid attitude are crucial for this role as a key part of management, and working closely with the GM you’ll support our FOH team to make sure we’re delivering a brilliant experience for all our guests.

WE’RE LOOKING FOR

A minimum 3 years’ experience leading a high-quality restaurant
Knowledge of Italian food, drinks, and wines
WSET (level 2 minimum) and/or AIS Diploma
Solid people management skills, ability to set clear objectives, motivate and monitor progress
Strong business, organisational and analytical skills
Willingness to be flexible and support multiple teams
Fluent in spoken and written English
Right to work in the UK
