The Role

The Role
As a Joiner / Boat Builder, you’ll undertake a range of activities that will help turn our customers’ ideas and concepts into beautifully crafted yachts.
With exemplary care and precision, you’ll ensure every curve, surface and detail has a high-quality finish and is tailored to our customers’ requirements.
Specifically, you will:
- Undertake bench joinery including making bulkheads and furniture units
- Install bulkheads, panels, furniture, fittings and linings
- Scribe in units, both timber and GRP and trim and adjust to fit correctly
- Fit deck hardware, portlights and hatches
To join us as a Joiner / Boat Builder, you will need:
- A great set of skills and knowledge of joinery and fit out of boats
- The ability to work methodically with great attention to detail
- The ability to work well in a team
