Position Overview & Specifications

Shift Pattern: Sun-Thurs 18:00-02:00

This is a role which involves working nightshift in a warehouse focused role. There is a mixture of both warehouse and admin related tasks. There will also be an element of driving involved as and when required

Responsibilities:

Working in a busy warehouse environment you will work in all areas of the operation.
Unloading, receiving, sorting, picking orders
Carry out shift handovers and brief team members as required.
Manage and assist the inspection of all deliveries and ensure they are recorded correctly on the business operational systems.
Ensuring the safe unloading / loading of product from vehicles.
Ensuring the despatch of all jobs.
Picking customers’ orders from one unit to a trailer load.
Ensure trunks are ready to depart on time.
Processing customer returns, ensuring accuracy and the product is correctly located to the relevant locations and returned to them.
Ensuring the warehouse is kept to a clean standard at all times
Sorting driver paperwork and finalising routes on EPOD system
Reporting discrepancies to customers
Problem solving when issues occur like late vehicles, call off’s etc
