Working with our Nature Recovery Manager you will directly contribute to the advancement of our 30 by 30 target – our mission to protect and positively manage 30% of Wales’ land and sea for nature by 2030.

The role will involve a mixture of office-based and practical conservation work! The focus is on projects in central south Wales, but there will be the opportunity to assist our Conservation Officer in west and mid-Wales. We are committed to putting equality, diversity and inclusion at the heart of The Wildlife Trusts, to ensure that everyone has the opportunity to experience the joy of wildlife in their daily lives.

As a Welsh charity, we recognise the importance of an individual’s right to use the Welsh language equally, and without prejudice. Staff will be supported to improve their Welsh language skills.
