As a Healthcare support worker:
- You will be supporting clients in their own homes to live independently, respecting their choices, maintaining their dignity, and promoting quality of life.
- You will provide varying levels of assistance depending on their personalized needs, ranging from everyday living activities to personal care, as well as specific care duties.
- You will be required to travel between individuals’ homes & across the Leeds area. There will be both single-carer and double-carer roles dependent on the needs of the service users
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3-6 months of care experience is required but not mandatory as full training will be provided.
- Commitment to helping others.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Empathetic with good listening skills.
