Position Overview & Specifications
We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer focused individual to join our team.
The main duties of the role include:
- Actioning of daily reports and providing customer updates
- Processing of customer orders via inbound and outbound telephone calls
- Acceptance of online orders
- Working with customer procurement systems
- Working with an external sales manager to improve and increase sales within your target area
- Booking of appointments with new and existing clients
- Upselling of product on supplier led focus days
- Dealing with all customer queries
The hours of work are 8.30am - 4.30pm Monday to Friday. Saturday's are worked on a rota 8.30am - 4pm. Additional hours are available to assist with our twilight shift.
Requirements of the role:
- Great communication and interpersonal skills
- Good levels of computer literacy
- Confident and professional phone manner
- Knowledge of the foodservice catering industry would be advantageous
