Position Overview & Specifications

We are looking for a FUN, PASSIONATE & WELCOMING full-time Hotel Receptionist who wants to join a FANTASTIC TEAM at a VIBRANT central London hotel! You will be required to work weekdays and weekends.

Duties:

Attend to all guest queries in a prompt, professional manner to ensure a high level of guest satisfaction
Complete a seamless check in and check out service for all our guests
Knowledge of activities in the city (theatre, arts, exhibits, concerts, shows, sports and leisure activities)
Familiar with the city restaurants and have established contacts with them to provide maximum guest service
To act as a point of contact for all guests, to provide assistance and offer them efficient customer service, identify their needs as well as product knowledge
Ensure the correct handling of guest messages, mail and packages
To know details of the day’s arrivals, identify priority guests, VIPs and ensure their rooms are checked prior to arrival and placed with relevant VIP amenities
Working with the Duty Manager on a daily basis to best serve our guests
Assist in arranging room moves, select appropriate rooms and arrange for luggage to be moved

Salary: £27,256 per annum (£13.44 per hour) + service incentives.

The successful candidate must already have eligibility to work in the UK.
