Are you an experienced lettings negotiator working in a high street office?

We are looking for the industries top talent to join us in our mission to become the worlds largest real estate platform.

Our current network of agents are each generating over £10,000/month on average in commission working as independent lettings experts in their chosen local areas.

You will be providing exceptional personal assistance to landlords and tenants, supported by a diverse team of successful property experts and powered by our industry leading technology.

Responsibilities

You will engage new landlords and represent them exclusively, be a local expert, helpful,
dependable, and highly competent.
Drive the team and PropertyLoop to gain market share across every major market,
helping everyone find their perfect home.
Engage new renters and cultivate those contacts into clients.
Assist in the showing of exclusive rental listings.
Guide the landlords and renters' throughout the end to end renting process.
Provide unbiased representation to our clients.
Actively work to promote the PropertyLoop within the region and local market.

Job Type: Freelance

Salary: £60,000.00-£100,000.00 per year
