Our Nurses are a crucial part of our family and play a valuable role in mentoring and motivating colleagues and improving the day to day lives of our wonderful residents by undertaking continuous assessments, planning and evaluation of residents' needs. You will role model best practice and support our residents through therapeutic interventions.

What do you need to succeed?

You'll be a registered nurse and experience of working in a nursing role within a health care setting will be a strong advantage, but more important is a caring and compassionate attitude and the ability to build effective working relationships with residents and their families.

A willingness to develop your leadership skills and determination to drive continuous improvement, while maintaining high compliance standards is highly desirable.
