Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Drinks Production Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the production of various drinks, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. The role will require the candidate to operate production equipment, monitor production processes, and maintain a safe and hygienic work environment.

This is a full time job (40 hours a week). There's going to be required work at nighttime as well.

Responsibilities:

Assist in the production of drinks according to company recipes and quality standards.
Operate production equipment, such as mixers, bottling machines, and packaging equipment.
Monitor production processes, such as ingredient mixing, carbonation, and sterilization.
Maintain a clean and hygienic work environment, including cleaning production equipment, sanitizing work surfaces, and following safety procedures.
Assist with quality control checks and record-keeping.
Report any equipment malfunctions or deviations from quality standards to the production manager.
Assist with inventory management, including organizing raw materials and finished products.

Requirements:

A levels or higher
A full UK drivers license
Ability to work at night time (approximately 2 times a week)
Prior experience in a production environment preferred.
Level 2 food hygiene certificate or Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
Ability to operate production equipment and perform quality control checks.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively with co-workers and supervisors.
Physical ability to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods of time.
Availability to work flexible hours, not including weekends
