Position Overview & Specifications

We're MAMS, a fresh new Arabic street food concept in London, Knightsbridge. We're a small company with a bold mission - to bring clean, fresh and fun ideas to turn the Arabic food industry on its head. Think shawarmas, falafel, manaeesh all presented in a healthy way. Our venue has been designed with an urban theme, and features a stripped back menu focusing on Middle Eastern classics executed with modern precision.

The role:

Preparing and serving hot and cold drinks such as coffee, tea, juices and smoothies.
Cleaning and sanitising work areas, utensils and equipment
Cleaning service and seating areas
Describing menu items and suggesting products to customers
Servicing customers and taking orders
Ordering, receiving and distributing stock supplies
Receiving and processing customer payments

We are ideally looking for candidates who:

Have previous experience working within a high volume venue
Have some Barista experience (training will be provided)
Are passionate about creating fantastic coffees with the ability to advise and recommend to customers
Are attentive and proactive with the ability to respond quickly to the needs of customers and the management team
Are excellent team players with exceptional communication skills
