Production Team Leader, based in Ashby De La Zouch!

14:00hrs - 22:00hrs

£11.00 p/h, paid weekly!

Overtime rate paid at time & half plenty overtimes available throughout the year

Supporting international and aspirational brands that operate within a variety of sectors, our co-Packing Services have been developed to take the customers product from concept to consumer and include bagging, Flow wrapping, shrink sleeving, Gift-Set assembly, promotional packaging design and supply. We work on all size of projects, from short runs to all year-round projects.

Job Responsibilities

Maintaining a safe working environment for all staff members,
Ensure all paperwork and systems are completed and accurate in accordance with company procedures.
Effectively lead your team through strong leadership and motivation to achieve outstanding performance
Assist in the training and development of new starters
Delegate tasks and solve problems swiftly
Keep everything tidy and clean, on the shop floor and behind the scenes
Maintains safety standards in line with company polices
Ensure manufacturing equipment is maintained and safety check adhered to
