Job Profile

Jo Holdsworth recruitment are currently recruiting a Customer Service Advisor, working for a well-established service provider on a remote basis.

You will be part of a successful Customer Service team who are based all over the UK, being the first point of contact for a high volume of incoming calls from landlords, letting agents and tenants.

Responsibilities will include, but not limited to;

Taking high volumes of inbound calls whilst maintaining a high standard of Customer Service
Assist with any billing and credit control queries
Working on live chat during quieter periods
Processing payments where required
Dealing with and managing queries
Processing membership applications along with the protection and un-protection of deposits ensuring that the correct procedures are followed

Experience, skills set and/or qualifications required:

Experience working within a Customer Service role and dealing with customer queries both over the phone and via email
Ability to plan and organise, prioritise, making effective use of time and resources
Excellent attention to detail ensuring that high standards of quality are consistently maintained
Excellent interpersonal and motivation skills, with the ability to work within a team environment and across departments so that effective working relationships are maintained

Salary is up £23,000 per annum depending on your level of experience

Working hours are 40 hours per week on a shift pattern.
