JHE & Partners are pleased to be working with a market leading organisation as they look to recruit a Finance Director to play a key role as they continue to grow and establish themselves as a leading player in their market sector. Reporting to the Managing Director and Chairman of this £35m TO business, the successful applicant will be ready to take on a number 1 role in finance taking overall responsibility for overseeing all financial aspects of the company and becoming a leading voice in the Senior Leadership Team.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all financial operations of the company, including accounting, budgeting, financial reporting, and tax compliance
Develop and implement financial strategies that align with the company's overall goals and objectives
Analyse financial data and provide strategic financial advice to senior management
Manage the company's cash flow and foreign currency trades
Monitor and report on financial performance to senior management and board of directors
Develop and maintain strong relationships with banks, auditors, and other financial institutions
Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations
Lead and manage a team to ensure high levels of performance and achievement of targets

Overseeing a small finance team which includes an excellent Management Accountant, this is a superb opportunity for either an established FD looking for a work/life balance or FC looking for a first FD role.
