Are you great with people and enjoy providing excellent customer service? If so, the I CALL Limited is the place for you. The role will involve resolving any customer debt queries over the phone.

Within the team they provide excellent customer service to a wide range of clients on a day to day basis. You will need to be a real people person with a positive attitude to be part of a great team.

Previous experience working in a customer service environment would be ideal but your passion to deliver outstanding customer service is what we want.

The working hour pattern for this role is Monday to Friday 9am-5pm.

Key Responsibilities:

You will be answering inbound calls from multiple clients.
Working individually to meet personal productivity targets/goals
Providing excellent customer service to clients and their employees

Competent computer skills
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Experience in customer service
