Job Title: Night Shift Worker

Location: Holiday Inn Manchester Central Park

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Shift Pattern: Four on Four off basis, 12-hour shifts

The Holiday Inn Manchester Central Park is seeking a dedicated Night Shift Worker to join our team. As a Night Shift Worker, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of the hotel during the night hours, while providing excellent customer service to our guests.Responsibilities:

Conduct regular patrols of the hotel to ensure the safety and security of guests and staff
Respond to any emergency situations and take appropriate action
Monitor the CCTV system and report any suspicious activity or behaviour
Provide excellent customer service to guests who require assistance during the night
Ensure that all public areas are kept clean and tidy
Carry out any other duties as required by the Night Manager

Requirements:

Previous experience working in a similar role
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good attention to detail
Ability to remain calm under pressure
Must be able to work night shifts on a four on four off basis, 12-hour shifts
