We’re seeking a Studio Assistant to join our team to work on a range of exciting exhibition and live event projects.

Graphic Mill is a dynamic team of designers and makers delivering exciting event spaces across the UK.

Our independent, owner-managed exhibition company is 10 years old and has delivered thousands of successful exhibition and event projects.

What’s the role?

The Studio Assistant is here to help ensure a smooth running studio. This is an ideal role for someone who wants to grow their career with a leading creative business. If you have great communication skills and thrive when providing organisations support to a small, hands-on team, get in touch!

Key duties will include (but not limited to):

Helping clients with quick responses to questions and being the first contact for new enquiries
Communicating with clients and the team on project progress and updates
Keeping tabs on each project to maintain flow and ensure deadlines are met
Managing marketing efforts, to include updating social channels and creating engaging content.
Assisting in varied studio day to day tasks, including making the tea.

Skills and experience required:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Highly organised with meticulous attention to detail
Great time management
Proficient in CRM software as well as Excel and Word
Experience with basic design software

Salary £23,000 -£25,000 depending on experience.
