We are seeking a reliable, energetic and enthusiastic person to join our team. The ideal candidate is a team player who ' listens well, speaks clearly and thinks critically. We're looking for an individual with excellent customer service skills, the ability to work independently with minimal supervision and preparation/cook skills.

Responsibilities:

Maintain the cleanliness of the restaurant.
Provide excellent customer service.
Answer customer inquiries and provide suggestions if needed.
To prep and set up all the ingredients needed for toppings and the make of the pancakes
Prepare and serve hot and cold drinks
To be able to cook and prepare our super fluffy pancakes
To prepare toppings, sauces, confectionary for a busy service
Be able to crack eggs in high speed and volume
To assist with menu development for new items
To operate the till
To ensure that the restaurant/cafe/Kitchen is always kept to a high standard
To assist with cleaning and restocking of the store

Hours:

Full Time 40-45 hours a week (permanent) contract. Please note that you must be fully flexible to work on a rota/shift basis.
Days worked could be from Monday to Sunday and hours could be between 10:00am and 11:00pm.
A usual week would involve working a 8 to 12 hours shift, 5 days per week.

Salary: £10.00-£10.50 per hour
