We know that together we achieve more, so we work with a range of like-minded partners to deliver positive change in communities and to improve lives.

As part of our Employment and Enterprise Team, you’ll support those furthest from the labour market to start their journey towards training, job search, and employment. You’ll work with people aged 18 and over, who have complex needs which could include homelessness, living in a jobless household, debt, mental health issues, substance misuse issues, disabilities, or a history of offending.

Why ForHousing?

  • Wellbeing centre – gym discounts, exercise videos, mindfulness tools, nutrition advice, financial advice and more
  • Cycle to work scheme – save up to 40% on bikes and equipment
  • Employee Assistance Programme – access to a 24/7 counselling and support helpline

What you’ll be doing:

  • Managing a caseload of participants, implementing action plans
  • Engaging with participants face-to-face, over the phone, and on video calls
  • Carrying out risk and need assessments with participants
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with key partners and stakeholders
  • Recording and maintaining accurate case notes and client records
  • Providing a holistic package of support for participants

What we’re looking for:

You don’t need specific experience to be great in this role. It’s more important to have the right attitude. Attributes we look for include:

  • Passion to support people to improve their quality of life
  • Great planning skills, and the ability to prioritise workloads
  • Excellent communications and relationship-building skills
