This role is a unique opportunity to grow as a developer and work on various exciting projects across the business. You’ll be working alongside some very talented individuals on a broad range of websites. The ideal candidate will enjoy collaborating with the team and bringing their own insights.

Work alongside designers to develop creative website experiences & layouts to help strengthen our content
Communicate with business colleagues to gather and refine requirements and specifications for development projects within agreed-upon timelines
Build customizable WYSIWYG website templates for our content editors & assist them in creating quality technical content
Creating integrations with APIs and microservices to pull in content into sites & tools
Implement analytics tracking to help improve our sites user experience
Write efficient maintainable code using web development best practices
Perform thorough testing of new features on staging sites before deploying to production
Monitor website performance, performing refactors & optimisations where necessary to improve existing code, as well as bug fixing issues across our sites
Help maintain our web servers & pipelines, applying occasional updates to our infrastructure
Stay up to date with new trends, tools and advancements in web development as well as keeping aware of browser compatibility with new features
Create and maintain documentation for software, processes & code used
