Our Quality and Brand Manager is a key role within the hotel operation. Joining our exceptional team, you will have overall responsibility for our guest journey, looking after guest feedback and turning moments into memories for our guests here at Fairmont. You will be an ambassador of our Brand Standards and operational excellence The position must develop effective relationships with the Management team to drive brand awareness, guest satisfaction and top line performance.

• You will be dedicated to our brand standards, with a real passion for hospitality
• You are a great leader and strive to develop and motivate your team to deliver operational excellence
• Previous experience in operations in a Luxury hotel is essential
