Position Overview & Specifications

We are looking for

· Install experience.
· Support & Maintenance experience.
· Software-driven.
· Self-motivated and self-driven, approachable, friendly and outgoing.
· The ability to support non-technical end-users and explain complex IT issues/concepts in simple terms.
· Open to working away including overnight stays.
· Understanding building/fixing computers, Windows 7 and above.
· Network set-up and fault finding.
· General 'Maintenance Person' skills, i.e. fixing monitors to walls, cabling, lighting, camera installation etc..

About You:

We are seeking a fun IT Technician with strong computer skills, self-drive and willingness to learn specialist systems. Reporting directly to the IT Manager in a fast-paced, innovative friendly Company where you would be expected to actively contribute to the direction of the business with the quality of your ideas.
