Position Overview & Specifications

Emanuel Whittaker Limited has been operating since 1837. We provide construction, regeneration and refurbishment projects to a variety of local authorities and social landlords across the North West.

Role:

Must be experienced in large local authority and housing association refurbishment projects
Must be able to work with the client in surveying and scheduling the works prior to commencement on site. The projects will be kitchen & bathroom refurbishment, multi-trade and sub-contractor control is an essential element of the job
The ability to hand over projects to budget and on time is critical; as is the excellent relationship which must be maintained with clients and residents
Ensure on site Health, Safety, Quality, and environment standards are met

Experience and Qualifications:

Relevant Qualifications in relation to the work being carried out, i.e CSCS SMSTS LV6 Site Management
Up to date knowledge of current industry standards
Asbestos Awareness
A current first aid qualification would be an advantage
Computer literate
Excellent communication skills
Full UK Driving Licence
