Position Overview & Specifications

Efficio is looking to hire an Administrative Intern to join our Project Delivery team, on a fixed-term basis for six months, with potential for extension. The role will support a global team of consultants, and it lends itself to a remote or hybrid working model.

This is a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable Operations experience at a fast-growing management consultancy. Project Delivery is at the heart of our business and your support will help us to deliver high-quality, fast-paced results for our internal and external clients.

Under the guidance of an experienced team, you will play an active role in supporting the smooth running of our Staffing department within Efficio. This role will provide the administrative backbone of the internal ERP system, from sale, to how we structure teams for success and finally working closely with Finance to account for performance. The role will predominantly involve:

  • Improving the data quality for business intelligence used by the Staffing function via our Salesforce-based ERP system, FinancialForce

  • Being a key liaison between the Staffing team and consultants with timesheet queries

  • Ensuring data accuracy for forecasting purposes and providing input to the Staffing team for timely updates

  • Running regular data updates in accordance with internal processes

  • Enhancing our ways of working across the business by supporting operational change

  • With numerous internal projects under way and the ever-growing demands on our function, you will need to be able to get up to speed quickly and work effectively under pressure. You will need to be comfortable working independently, while also being a team player who is willing to contribute wherever needed to ensure the success of the project. The ability to prioritise work effectively in the face of sometimes competing demands is also essential.
