We are a family run business with a small team of employees, the role provides a fantastic opportunity to help the business progress.

Monitoring bird welfare
Daily egg collections
Daily performance records
Minor maintenance/estate management
Keeping high levels of biosecurity
Working as part of a team
43 to 45 hours per week
Additional overtime is flexible
31days holiday.
One afternoon off midweek.

The candidate should have excellent time keeping skills, full driving license and no contact with poultry outside of work. A positive attitude towards work is essential. Weekend work on a shift rota.

Training and support will be provided and as a growing business there will be chance of progression over time. Although previous poultry work is not essential, some agricultural experience is preferred.

Salary: £25,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
