Job Responsibilities:

Provide technical support to clients by diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues.
Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and networks.
Troubleshoot and resolve network connectivity issues.
Collaborate with team members to implement IT projects and upgrades.
Assist with system backups and disaster recovery plans.
Keep up-to-date documentation of IT assets, software licenses, and user requests.

Requirements:

A passion for technology and a desire to pursue a career in IT/Telecoms.
Basic knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, and networking concepts.
Strong problem-solving skills with an ability to think analytically.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent. Additional technical certifications are a plus.
