Position Overview & Specifications

We are looking for an Operations Manager with previous experience in leading Residential Services and Domiciliary Care in the Health and Social Care Sector.

Salary - £55,000 - £57,000 per annum

Location - Essex

Hours of Work - 37.5 hrs/week

(Including some evenings and weekends plus on-call)

Key Responsibilities

Previous management experience within the social care sector.
Understanding and commitment to delivering excellent care to the PWS
Leading and managing teams for excellent quality care and responsive services through effective leadership and performance management.
Visiting services ensure you meet managers, colleagues, PWS and their families while encouraging feedback tools.
Regular attendance at all DCA offices, registered services, and day services.
Maintaining and reviewing all records, systems, and referrals in compliance with policy and procedures, to future-proof intelligence.
Assuring homes/services in your portfolio are in line with their budgets, including occupancy/hour growth budgets. Assurance your managers are taking responsibility for the financial activity within their control, including reviewing and auditing finances.
