Position Overview & Specifications

Oversee and manage all hotel departments, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, sales and marketing, maintenance, and security to ensure efficient operations and guest satisfaction.
Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the highest level of guest service and satisfaction.
Set and achieve budget goals for the hotel and ensure profitability by closely monitoring expenses and revenue.
Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase occupancy and revenue.
Hire, train, and manage staff to ensure they provide excellent service to guests and meet the hotel's standards and policies.
Foster a positive and productive work environment that promotes teamwork and employee engagement.
Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements, including health and safety, employment, and licensing laws.
Develop and maintain positive relationships with guests, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies and promotions to attract new business.
Analyze guest feedback and implement improvements to enhance the guest experience
