DHL PARCEL ADMINISTRATION AGENT

CROYDON

We are recruiting Parcel administrations agents for our Client DHL a worldwide logistics company to join their Croydon depot parcel resolutions administration team.

Role – Administrations Agent
Location- Croydon, CR0
Shifts –Mon - Fri 12.30 - 21.30 PM
Hours –40+ per week
Pay per week £533.15 (£11.78 per hour for hours between 8am - 7pm / £14.38 for hours between 7pm - 8am)
Overtime -£17.67 per hour

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Capturing location and data information of shipments by scanning all returned shipments
Supporting the efficient and accurate movement of shipments within the company network
General administrative support
Scanning invoices, creating labels
Monitoring of data and data entry
Handling internal and external customer queries delivering excellent customer service

REQUIREMENTS FOR THE ROLE

Excellent customer service skills and professional attitude
Enthusiastic team player with the ability to work independently
On-site parking available
Weekly pay every Friday
28 days paid holiday
