Position Overview & Specifications

We are seeking an experienced Property Solicitor to join our well-established and supportive Conveyancing Department, within a rapidly growing legal firm.

Responsibilities:

Managing a full caseload of conveyancing transactions, including Freehold S&P to Leasehold S&P, remortgages, lease extensions, and other related transactions
Providing legal advice and support to clients on all aspects of conveyancing law
Drafting legal documents and contracts, including contracts of sale, transfers, and mortgage deeds
Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other relevant parties to ensure a smooth and efficient transaction process
Handling complex conveyancing matters and resolving any legal issues that may arise during the transaction process
Conducting legal research and keeping up-to-date with changes in conveyancing law

Requirements

Qualified solicitor/conveyancer
Excellent knowledge of conveyancing law and the ability to work on a wide range of transactions, including Freehold S&P to Leasehold S&P, remortgages, lease extensions, and other related transactions
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and relevant parties
Proven ability to work under pressure and manage a large caseload effectively
A commitment to providing excellent client service and delivering results
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team
A positive and enthusiastic attitude towards work and a willingness to learn and develop within the role.

Salary: £80,000.00-£110,000.00 per year
