Position Overview & Specifications

We at Alpha24 currently require HCA/Support Workers to work in 3 different care home Groups. Our client requires candidates with experience in:

Complex needs
Supported Living
Mental Health/Care Homes
Acute Wards
Autism
Learning disabilities
Eating disorders

The clients currently require candidates that are flexible either working ad-hoc shifts or block bookings. They have full time work available and we can offer advance bookings of up to 1 week or up to 3 months. Both night and day staff are required.

Candidates that deliver an exceptional service will be offered block bookings

Applicants will be required to have a minimum of 1 years’ previous experience working within a care home setting.

Applicants must have the following to be considered for this role

DBS
Mandatory Training (we can also organize this)
Right to Work - If you are on a 20 hour student visa you are not eligible for this role.
Proof of NI
Car driver preferred but not required
Covid -19 vaccination
